How do you prevent the wax from melting or glass breaking during shipping? We are absolute experts in fragile thermal logistics! Every Brighthara candle is anchored inside a custom-fitted, shock-absorbing internal foam insulation bed to stabilize the glass vessel and block outer impact. During peak summer months, we utilize specialized heat-deflecting wrap shields to ensure your soy wax remains perfectly solid, dry, and pristine through standard transit.

Can I track my shipment? Absolutely. As soon as your package clears our fulfillment center, you will receive an automated email containing a secure tracking number so you can track your glow haul straight to your doorstep.

Wax Quality, Scent Safety & Burning Care

What is candle tunneling, and how can I avoid it? Tunneling happens when a candle burns straight down the center, leaving hard wax stuck on the sides. To prevent this and get maximum value from your Brighthara candle:

  • During your very first lighting session, allow the candle to burn continuously for 2 to 3 hours until the melted wax pool reaches completely to the outer glass edges.

  • This establishes a perfect "wax memory profile," ensuring your candle continues to melt completely flat for the rest of its lifespan.

Why should I trim the candle wick, and how short should it be? Trimming is the secret to a perfect, smoke-free flame! Always trim your organic cotton wick down to exactly 1/4 inch before every single burn. This simple maintenance removes any mushroomed burnt carbon buildup, controls the flame height, prevents dangerous flickering, and completely eliminates black soot or container discoloration.

Are Brighthara candles safe to use around babies and pets? Yes, 100%. Safety is our ultimate foundation. Because we completely ban paraffin waxes, chemical phthalates, parabens, and toxic dye enhancers, our clean soy fumes do not irritate sensitive respiratory systems. However, as a standard safety precaution, always burn candles in a well-ventilated room and keep them out of direct reach of curious little paws or little hands.

Usage Safety & Return Policies

How long can I keep a candle burning continuously? For structural safety and peak fragrance performance, do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a single time. Burning for longer can cause the glass container to overheat, and may cause the wick to drift off-center. Let the glass cool completely for 2 hours before trimming and relighting.

What is your return policy? We want you to light your home with absolute joy! However, for strict quality preservation, product integrity, and fire-safety codes regarding cosmetic chemical products, we enforce an absolute policy: we accept standard returns only on completely unlit, unburned candles in their original, pristine condition, packed perfectly inside the unopened original product box with all internal safety seals fully intact within 30 days of delivery.
